ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. Fully accomplished/completed Online Application for Admission (can be accessed here.)
2. A. For graduating senior high school students: (Original certification as a senior high school graduating student from the school, duly signed by the Principal or School Head, one photocopy of the Grade 11 Report Card or School Form 9)
B. For senior high school graduates who have not previously enrolled in any tertiary education institutions, have not taken any college courses, or earned any units in college: (One photocopy of the completed Grade 12 Report Card or School Form 9)
C. For Transfer Students Applicants: (Authenticated photocopy of Official Transcript of Records or Copy of Grades and Subjects Taken)
3. Two recent passport-sized colored pictures with a white background and nametag with a signature

ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Ensure you have a strong internet connection to your computer or laptop.

2. Open the Google Chrome browser and create an email address if you do not already have one. But if you have an existing email address, you may use that.
